How do we know?
Every morning GamePickHub checks the supported-language list of about 4,000 popular Steam games. When a language shows up that was not there before, we log it with that day's date.
Steam sometimes drops a language from the list for a day and then shows it again, so we only count a language the game has never had before. That way the same game does not appear over and over.
Subtitles count when the interface or subtitles support the language; voice counts when there is a dub in that language. Translation quality varies, so check the reviews too.
